Responsibilities:

  • Ensures company's financial information is accurate
  • Prepare/load monthly close journal entries.
  • Keeps updated inventory standard costs including monitoring new items for $0 std costs monthly.
  • Reviews and prepare entries related to expense reports (employee reimbursement).
  • Responsible for inventory balance sheet accounts.
  • Analyze accounts and proposes a monthly accrual when needed.
  • Prepares monthly account reconciliations.
  • Analyze any discrepancy or inconsistency and proposes adjustments or reclassifications.
  • Collects and prepares audit information (internal and external).
  • Detects the need for new account combinations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • 1+ year of experinece
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Oracle
  • Teamwork
  • Attention to detail
