RSC2 is currently seeking a Cost Analyst to become a vital part of our expanding team. This role will focus on supporting the EW&C Team, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a newly awarded multi-year task order with significant potential for career advancement.

The EW&C program is pivotal in delivering essential capabilities to address both current and future challenges, empowering the next generation of military operations globally. By leveraging cutting-edge cyber technologies and agile development practices, we strive to achieve battlefield superiority for our armed forces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a variety of analyses to develop, review, validate, maintain, present, and advocate for Project Manager (PM) positions related to assigned programs or projects.
  • Offer cost estimation guidance to personnel across all organizational levels regarding the application of cost analysis methodologies.
  • Execute diverse cost analysis tasks in support of life cycle cost estimates (LCCE) and program office estimates (POE).
  • Formulate or assess cost evaluations and positions concerning systems development, demonstration, and production strategies.
  • Evaluate the impact on systems and program costs, including analyses of prototype systems.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create independent Government cost estimates (IGCEs) and POEs that withstand rigorous review.
  • Provide technical direction and information to fulfill requirements.
  • Review the work of product teams for quality and precision.
  • Coordinate efforts with product teams and Assistant Project Managers (APMs).
  • Document the methodologies of cost models and the underlying assumptions.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics, along with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in providing analysis for multiple large-scale projects.
  • Four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in developing cost estimates utilizing Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT).
  • Familiarity with life cycle cost estimates (LCCE) and program office estimates (POE).
  • Experience with independent Government cost estimates (IGCEs).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in providing cost estimation expertise at all organizational levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in delivering cost analysis information for meetings and briefings to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
