Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of field technicians, ensuring efficient project completion and adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of HVAC installations, maintenance, and service calls, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
  • Assist technicians in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, providing expert guidance and solutions.
  • Mentor junior technicians, fostering their skill development and knowledge growth within the HVAC industry.
  • Implement and maintain a robust quality control program to ensure flawless service delivery.
  • Possess strong customer communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their inquiries.
  • Travel between job sites to provide on-site support and oversight to technicians and customers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working in the HVAC industry, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and motivating technical teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with technicians, colleagues, and customers.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and software applications like Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Sage 100 is a plus.
