About Role

Our Client has a rapidly growing locally-founded Company. This role is focused on fulfillment for our web department. The ideal candidate can multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize order management system to fill incoming orders
  • Pack and ship all online orders
  • Prepare shipping boxes and supplies daily
  • Quality Control for outgoing shipments
  • Understanding of product offering

About You

  • Keen eye for details and attentive to the fulfillment process from start to finish
  • Ability to adhere to specific process/step by step fulfillment procedure
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, be highly organized and have the ability to prioritize
  • Understands working in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task without sacrificing details or quality of work
  • Team player, can-do attitude, no task too small - assists and supports colleagues as needed
  • Bilingual Spanish and English (read and speak)

Requirements

  • 1 years of experience in retail sales or fulfillment preferred

Details

  • Temporary role hired through Staffing Agency located in Carlsbad, CA
  • Office Hours: (this will depend based upon the person’s skill level. In a perfect world, they would have computer skills so I could process orders the night before/early AM and they would print when they arrived in the AM.)
  • Will need to be available over certain holidays and weekends when website is running events
