Job Overview

The role of a Production Specialist Level I at CCS INC involves a variety of essential tasks aimed at ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a GMP/ISO compliant manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Document Production Processes.
  • Strong written communication skills for creating and revising SOPs, batch records, and other documentation.
  • Knowledge in Materials Procurement, planning, scheduling, and the manufacturing of finished products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare for production by developing schedules, reviewing specifications, calculating requirements, and assembling necessary materials.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all raw materials and consumables.
  • Ensure that production activities are clearly understood and executed in accordance with established protocols.
  • Complete all manufacturing documentation in compliance with good manufacturing practices.
  • Set up, clean, operate, and maintain all production equipment.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Quality Assurance team.
  • Demonstrate strong written skills for the creation and revision of SOPs and batch records.
