Gowing electronic contract manufacturer located in Carlsbad is seeking Assemblers & Machine Crimpers for the production line to work 2nd shift M-Th (3pm-12:30am) and every other Friday (3:00pm- 11:30pm) with every other Friday off. We pay $1.75 differential pay for the 2nd shift.

 

The ideal candidate must read and understand given instructions. Must have the ability to work well in an assembly line as part of a team and follow established procedures and guidelines. Crimpers must have experience operating a crimping machine. Specifically, JST, HRS, Molex, AMP, or EDAC. Assembler performs repetitive manual tasks associated with the assembly of parts, components and/or units at floor workstations. No experience necessary We will train.

Requirements:

·         1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

·         Ability to distinguish different colors and audible tones

·         Able to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions

·         Excellent reading and verbal communication skills

·         Must follow detailed instructions and work well in a team

·         Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
