DeWaard & Bode, Whatcom and Skagit county’s largest, local appliance and mattress retailer is hiring a full-time Sales Representative Looking for a great sales job with high earning potential? Our growing business is seeking an upbeat, customer-service oriented Sales Representative to join our top-producing sales team at our premier appliance & mattress Burlington showroom.

Compensation:

  • Competitive commission-based structure with earning potential ranging from $42,000 to $100,000+ per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage customers with a friendly attitude, understanding their appliance needs.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and explain features with expertise.
  • Demonstrate appliance operation, emphasizing the benefits to potential buyers.
  • Clearly communicate pricing, promotions, and financing options.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Strive to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay informed about inventory levels to effectively sell available stock.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience: industry experience is highly preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
