Role Description

We are a family run independent insurance agency looking for team players and leaders, those with an entrepreneurial approach to business, and those who are passionate about serving their clients. This is a W2 base+bonus+commission (1099 contract if you choose to work remotely). All persons interested must reside in the state of Tennessee. At this time, we are not accepting non-residence licensed producers.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid life insurance in-state residential license with the state of Tennessee or be willing to obtain a resident state license within 7-14 days of a job offer (agency will reimburse you)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • A moderate to High degree of computer proficiency
