Entry-level applicants will begin with a $30,720 base salary and an opportunity to earn additional compensation during their first year.

Experienced applicants start with a $42,240 base salary and top performers can earn an additional $20,000 in commission. You will also benefit from additional training and development opportunities, making this a great opportunity to transfer your skills and grow your career. Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Interact directly with clients, assess their insurance requirements, and offer personalized solutions.
  • Sales Support: Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies that align with their needs and financial goals.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Policy Recommendations: Recommend insurance products and services based on clients' individual needs and circumstances.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and relevant information in compliance with company policies.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed about insurance industry trends, policies, and regulations to offer informed advice and recommendations.

Requirement
  • Licensing: Possess or acquire a valid Tennessee insurance license.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry or related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to policy details, coverage options, and client needs.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Professionalism: Present a polished and professional image while representing the agency to clients and prospects.
  • Background check: Ability to pass a background check.
