Role and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking talented employees.
  • Prospect, identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with our recruiting team to understand client needs and identify qualified candidates for various job openings.
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations, showcasing the value of our staffing services and how they align with client requirements.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements while ensuring client satisfaction and a win-win partnership.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages are required.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the staffing or related industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a competitive sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
