Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive IT support, including but not limited to technologies and systems, ranging from end user and Desktop support to cloud systems and applications support:
  • New hire onboarding: new laptop build-out, account provisioning, licensing management, and training.
  • IT Equipment purchasing, repairs and management.
  • Perform IT infrastructure administration, focusing on network administration in Routing/switching/VPN/Wi-Fi, Severs administration, Telecom and security systems.
  • IT related project planning, execution and management.


Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of Information technology related experience including technical supports in Windows desktops/laptops both hardware and Software, VPN,  knowledges in office Telecom, Security Systems, and related.    
  • Bachelor's degree in technology field preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.
