Personal Trainer-Wellness Coach

The Exercise Coach® is a high-tech health and fitness franchise, that provides a science, based one on one experience for our clients. Our training utilizes proprietary, high tech equipment that is safe and effective with 20 minute workouts, 2X per week. We are looking for full and part time Exercise Coaches for our newest studio coming to Newtown Square.

Are you fit to be a part of our team?

Required: Strong customer service orientation, a willingness to learn and a desire to help clients transform their lives utilizing the proven methods of the Exercise Coach – America’s largest and fastest growing personal training studio.

Not Required: Prior experience in the fitness industry. All employees undergo full training and must complete The Exercise Coach certification. (Paid training)

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has an interest in the fitness industry and overall wellness
  • Enjoys working with people
  • Is excited about transforming peoples’ lives (client average age 55 years old)
  • Can easily build rapport by phone and in person
  • Has an outgoing, friendly nature and is enthusiastic about helping & encouraging clients be their best selves
  • Is an effective communicator (verbally and in writing)
  • Is organized, has good time management skills and is attentive to details
  • Is diplomatic and customer service oriented
  • Can take instruction and follow processes & procedures
  • Is comfortable promoting The Exercise Coach and encouraging prospects and others to join
  • Prior sales experience a plus
  • Full and Part Time Positions Available

Must be willing to:

  • Successfully complete The Exercise Coach Certifications within 21 days or hire. (Candidate will be compensated for time to complete certification)
  • Obtain CPR/AED certification from nationally-recognized provider to be earned within 30 days of hire. (One day course)
  • Be on feet for multiple hours per day and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Work flexible hours, including early A.M. shifts
