Join AZAD as a System Administrator and provide administration support for Microsoft Intune Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and VMware Workspace ONE UEM cloud services to provision and control smartphone devices for a regional enterprise energy utility environment.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is located in Portland, Oregon and hybrid with onsite 1 - 2 days weekly.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $49.00 - $54.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
An associate degree in computer/information technology (or related technical discipline) is preferred.
3 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
5 years of experience is required without a degree or an applicable degree.
Experience should be in the computer/information technology or closely related field.
Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 in an enterprise environment.
1 year of experience supporting smartphone devices.
1 year of experience with Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE.
1 year of experience with the following:
Provisioning smartphone devices in an enterprise environment.
Configuring settings to enable and administer system and software operational and security functions.
Change management practices and concepts to facilitate technical change to a large audience.
Configuration control practices and concepts to ensure a stable operational environment.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills with commercial off the shelf and in-house developed software applications and delivery tools.
