We are searching for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to assist the property management & leasing teams.

The ideal candidate will:

• Interact with leasing prospects and residents, answer leasing inquiries and provides rental information in an enthusiastic and positive manner, schedules leasing appointments, converts walk-in prospects, internet leads and telephone calls into leases. Conduct apartment tours & Inspections.

• Coordinate with property manager and leasing team daily to confirm readiness for presentation of units to prospects in a manner so as to attempt to close 60% of all prospects shown. Must set and meet individual goals and goals set by the property manager.; Goals may fluctuate depending on the needs of the property.

• Notify leasing prospects of application acceptance or rejection within 48 hours of acceptance determination.

• Completes and reviews market survey to maintain current knowledge of local market.

• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment, independent thinker and self starter.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma & comparable work experience.
• Minimum of two years of  leasing experience
• Strong sales, marketing & leasing ability
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong written, verbal & Interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computer knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must have a valid Driver’s license
