Leasing Specialist

National Corporate Housing is looking for a dynamic personality to join our team and assist in selling our beautiful furnished corporate apartments. You will play a crucial role in booking reservations and fostering relationships to help achieve market goals. The ideal candidate should possess a professional demeanor, exceptional customer communication skills and a commitment to follow-through. 

Responsibilities  

Source current and new apartment communities for availability to align with the request.  Maintain and build new relationships with apartment communities. You will be the initial impression of our company for new clients and guests Your ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and effectively communicate our value proposition will be essential in driving our business growth.  Conduct initial conversations and discussions with potential clients to understand their needs and objectives.  Manage reservations throughout the complete sales cycle. Facilitate the completion of necessary documents to finalize agreements and close deals effectively.

What You are Focused on:  

Growing your specific market, increasing unit count strategically  Serving as a reservation's specialist ensuring seamless transactions for clients and properties  Driving bottom line (profitability) through pricing, lease term negotiations, and unit growth  Generating new business leads through relationship building, local marketing, and sales to exceed market goals  Quick and accurate responses to large volume, time sensitive requests; ensuring clients are taken care of and winning leads  Being the National liaison for clients, vendors, customers and all things regarding lease agreements  Strong sales, presentation, and communication skills to sell  Achieving or exceeding our guest satisfaction scores – in 2023 our average score was above 95%  Building and maintaining strong partnership with local outside salesforce

What’s Needed to be Successful in This Role:  

Proven experience in an Inside Sales Position, Apartment Leasing or Hospitality/Hotel role is preferred. A successful candidate will be a self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.  Ability to work independently and collaboratively.  Ability to market and sell our existing inventory to maximize occupancy.  Ability to respond to incoming leads within 2 hrs. to maximize winning chances.  Strong prioritization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail skills.  Strong communication and presentation skills.  Excellent customer service skills.  Ability to think futuristically and creatively in providing options, sales solutions, and problem solving.  Bachelor’s Degree is ideal but not required.
