Business Development Representative

WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
+ Developing your personal book of business within your respective market
+ Selling NCW services to prospective clients, managing existing accounts within your sector, and actively placing candidates on behalf of NCW clients
+ Facilitating the full-cycle recruitment process for prospective candidates (sourcing, screening, negotiating employment terms, etc.)
+ Tending to onsite management tasks as needed to support your personal book of business
+ Representing the NCW brand through initiatives like job fairs, networking events, and hiring events
+ Sourcing potential customers through creative and traditional mediums to maintain a steady flow of prospective clients
+ Working towards production goals as defined by management
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

+ Leadership skills
+ Proficiency with Applicant Tracking System or Customer Relationship Management software in managing a talent pipeline
+ Competency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
+ Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines (at times)
+ Demonstrated experience in professional recruiting or selling specifically in the construction (or similar) industry
