As a Staffing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our staffing services.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
