Job Description:

Position Overview: We're on the lookout for a motivated individual to become a part of our dynamic team at Excel Roofing. As an Inspection Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our roofing projects. Your main responsibilities will include setting city inspections, managing ladders for inspections, and conducting QC checklists at job sites. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule city inspections for roofing projects.
  • Manage the setting and picking up of ladders for inspections.
  • Conduct Quality Control (QC) checklists at job sites to ensure top-notch standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers and crews to ensure all inspection-related tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Ready to take extreme ownership and lead confidently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
