Progressive multi-$Billion global company, headquartered in Northridge, CA (Los Angeles) is seeking to hire a full time on-site employee in the position of Workday Business Systems Analyst for their Human Capital Management new implementation, including Payroll, HR and Benefits. You must be able to commute daily to Northridge, CA You will be a senior team member in IT supporting internal technology projects with a high level of customer service including Workday HCM system configurations, business processes, core tables, workflows, eligibility rules, plan setup, calculated fields, and notifications. You will also support day to day operations, maintenance, security setup and update management. This position requires strong customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communications, research, process improvement, improvement of application compliance processes, and use of advanced tools such as scripting languages, API interfaces and MS Office Tools or Office 365.
To qualify for this opportunity, you must have at least 5-7+ years’ experience in IT as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2-3+ years of Workday HCM Business Systems Analyst experience. Preference is for Benefits, Core HCM, HR or Payroll modules with most or all of the Workday and IT technical skills and experiences listed above. YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. A BS/BA DEGREE PREFERRED. Salary range is $120-150K, plus excellent benefits. Relocation assistance is available.
