Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Agent - Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing insurance solutions, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage
  • Present insurance proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up on policy renewals
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
  • Obtain necessary insurance licenses to comply with state regulations
