Job Summary:
- Manage a busy OB/GYN practice with management of staff and all tasks needed.
- Manage daily schedule for 10-12 employees (physicians, assistants, ultrasound technicians)
- Ensure all patients claims are submitted and paid in accurate and timely manner
- Responsible for investigating patient claim details
- Fully responsible for onboarding staff and physicians on new EHR as well as updates
- Provide patients with customer service via phone, email and in person
- Improved outreach with strong community relations and positive connections with outside companies
Requirements:
- 10+ years professional experience managing an OBGYN medical office
- OB/GYN specialty experience required
- Insurance communications
- Medical coding
- Billing, financial records and processing
- File/records maintenance
