We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Manager to join our team As the leader of our production operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our team of production workers. This is an exceptional opportunity to utilize your leadership skills and experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the daily activities of our production and operation teams, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Delegate production assignments to the appropriate teams and personnel, utilizing your knowledge of production tools and equipment to optimize output and quality.
  • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of their needs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions and take corrective action to prevent downtime and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, adhering to all policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of our team members and comply with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields, with a proven track record of successful leadership and management.
  • In-depth knowledge of production tools and equipment. Knowledge of simulator platforms is a plus.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards common goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with simulation training platforms and their applications in production and operation settings.
  • Certification in lean manufacturing principles or other relevant quality control methodologies.
