An internationally recognized appliances manufacturing company is seeking an Operations Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative to work at their office in Torrance, CA.

  • Entry level candidates are welcome
  • Temp to Hire
  • $20 - 22 / hour; Non-Exempt
  • Hybrid work schedule (3 days office, 2 days remote) after completion of training


Requirements of the Operations Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative:

  • Associate degree or working towards degree, Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese / Korean / Chinese / OR Vietnamese is big plus
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Especially strong Excel Skill is needed)
  • Good phone manners and problem solver
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong with numbers


Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative:

  • Work closely with Sales Reps
  • Process Orders
  • Create and process necessary documentation and generate invoices
  • Communicate with clients and provide customer service
  • Generate various reports using Excel
  • Receives customers’ inquiries by telephone and Email, provides information requested
  • Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products
  • Occasionally visit client’s site and attend tradeshows as needed
  • Communicate with HQ in Japan as needed
  • Other related duties and administrative duties
