An internationally recognized appliances manufacturing company is seeking an Operations Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative to work at their office in Torrance, CA.

- $20 - 22 / hour; Non-Exempt
- Hybrid work schedule (3 days office, 2 days remote) after completion of training
Requirements of the Operations Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative:
- Associate degree or working towards degree, Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Japanese / Korean / Chinese / OR Vietnamese is big plus
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Especially strong Excel Skill is needed)
- Good phone manners and problem solver
- Detail-oriented, organized, and strong with numbers
Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative:
- Work closely with Sales Reps
- Process Orders
- Create and process necessary documentation and generate invoices
- Communicate with clients and provide customer service
- Generate various reports using Excel
- Receives customers’ inquiries by telephone and Email, provides information requested
- Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products
- Occasionally visit client’s site and attend tradeshows as needed
- Communicate with HQ in Japan as needed
- Other related duties and administrative duties
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Torrance, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
