As the APS Service Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring top-notch service delivery. Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities:

  • Be the face of APS, representing us professionally to our valued customers.
  • Manage our Service Department with finesse, handling everything from hiring and training to billing and scheduling.
  • Foster an open, positive communication culture among our team, departments, and clients.
  • Keep our service operations running smoothly, meeting customer needs without unnecessary overtime.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to uphold APS's high standards and safety policies.
  • Ensure our team is equipped with the right tools and materials.
  • Maintain vehicle fleets in top shape.
  • Monitor service quality through regular audits.
  • Organize and schedule work orders efficiently.

What You Bring:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A firm grasp of electrical field concepts and relevant codes and standards.
  • Knowledge of industry standards.
  • Understanding of lead-acid batteries and their applications.
  • Proficiency in reading technical documents and excellent communication skills.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass required tests and background checks.
