Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a client service support specialist for our Highland Heights client In this role you will provide communication and service to all clients by being able to work in fast paced environments and having strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
• Serves as a liaison between client company contacts and internal management and processing teams.
• Provide ongoing administrative services and support.
• Communicate proactively with manager regarding client developments.
• Manage ongoing service requests, activities, and date requirements.
• Provide support for the resolution of billing and enrollment discrepancies
• Organizes employer group pre-enrollment activity including training manuals, supplies and creation of enrollment timeline.
• Creates and proofreads underwriting offer requests and re-enrollment proposals.
• Coordinates and process applications.
• Provides product training and support to contacts internally as defined by client agreements.
• Reviews information on new employer groups or re-enrollments and recommends basic and extended underwriting action.
• Identifies new case activity and potential new business activity on a scheduled basis.
• Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes and implement corrective action.
Basic Qualifications:
• High school or equivalent diploma required.
• Associate Degree or higher or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years exp - Administrative service support experience and strong data entry and writing ability.
• Must be detail oriented and able to follow complex procedures accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, Word).
