Responsibilities and Duties

  • Market and sell homes to achieve company growth targets.

  • Proactively generate and manage leads, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

  • Cultivate resident satisfaction, ensuring successful move-in follow-ups and generating referral sales.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop community sales and marketing plans, attending regular strategy meetings.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1+ year of car, insurance, B2B, or independent contractor/ 1099 sales experience

  • Proven track record of success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas

  • Active drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
