Role Overview:
The Customer Success Representative is a vital part of our team, dedicated to ensuring the highest level of service for our clients, particularly focusing on communicating operational updates to our sales team and customers. This role involves creating and managing open orders, design-related projects and providing comprehensive support in the customer journey from beginning to end. As a member of the Customer Success Team, this position reports directly to the Manager of Customer Success. A person with a positive attitude, willingness to get their hands dirty and problem-solving mindset will succeed in this position. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the cannabis or packaging industry and helping our customers grow/succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding and reordering process for Customers.
  • Guide customers through the Creative Services stages, acting as a liaison between Sales and our Art Team to ensure effective delivery of our Art Intake process.
  • Provide comprehensive support to assigned customers, handling everything from order entry to issue resolution.
  • Assist with CRM & ERP data entry and contribute to testing for system functionality and enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and activities in the CRM & ERP system.
  • Act as a strong support system for our Sales Team who is out in the field finding and cultivating strong customer relationships.
  • Uphold customer satisfaction ensuring they know our Core Value #5: Customer Is The Only Boss, escalating concerns to leadership or relevant stakeholders when necessary.
  • Engage with various cross-functional teams to convert business needs and product specifications into effective customer solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Management is preferred. An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training will also be considered.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or account management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a comfort with working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building effective client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in G-Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint is highly advantageous.
  • Background in the Cannabis and/or packaging industry is preferred.
