**What you will do**As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will serve as an advocate for our customers, functioning as a liaison between them and our internal teams (e.g., Project Management, Installation, Design, etc.). When taking calls from our customers, you will do everything in your power to provide a thoughtful, desirable solution while treating them with respect and creating a world-class experience. You will ensure that needs and/or requirements considered critical to the success of our customers are communicated clearly and quickly and managed efficiently. You are essentially the face of Empire Solar, as you are the main resource and contact for our customer base

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Taking all incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate departments/individuals

* Providing solutions to customer questions quickly, asking for help from your team/coworkers when necessary

* Scheduling technicians to troubleshoot solar systems for current customers

* Problem-solving for customers and for your team

* Communicating clearly and effectively, explaining technological and business concepts in an understandable, concise way

**Schedule**

Monday through Saturday, 11AM-7PM

Sundays off

1 weekday (Monday-Friday) off (work with manager to choose)

Your previous experience in customer service has allowed you to hone your communication and people skills, and you are excited to share your knowledge and build out a new customer care team While you may not have previous solar experience, you are interested in becoming a part of a growing industry that will play a vital role in the future of energy and power.

You also:

* Have two (2) years of customer service experience (call center experience is great)

* Are extremely organized and have strong attention to detail

* Have outstanding phone etiquette

* Are willing to work in the fray while helping to build out a new team

* Are interested in the solar industry (previous solar experience is a plus)
