The Greer Group is recruiting a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist for our client in Raleigh.


This is a long term temporary position through June 2025


Monday –Friday, 8: 15 AM –5: 15 PM.  In office
 

  • Check in clients and patients.
  • Triage and provide resources to community. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Maintain and update database and records.
  • Assist clients and patients with any questions.
  • Answer telephones.
  • Respond to emails.
  • Basic administrative support.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Complete a background check.
  • Obtain a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
