Key Responsibilities:
- Rent Processing: Efficiently process rent payments and maintain accurate records.
- Tenant Relations: Expertly handle all phases of applicant screening, leasing, and resident retention to ensure a high occupancy rate and tenant satisfaction.
- Move-In Coordination: Oversee the initial applicant certification, prepare comprehensive move-in files, and conduct move-in inspections.
- Unit Turnovers: Manage unit turnovers within established timelines to minimize vacancy periods.
- Resident Orientation: Instruct new residents on house rules, lease requirements, and provide essential information about appliances and common facilities.
- Annual Certifications: Manage and complete annual resident certifications in accordance with regulatory agreements.
- Work Order Management: Maintain an organized work order system, ensuring timely filing and resolution of maintenance requests.
- Property Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the property's cleanliness and upkeep through regular inspections and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Inventory Management: Purchase and manage inventory of maintenance and janitorial supplies.

Qualifications:
