Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and delegate the starting and completion of reconstruction projects.
  • Train and coach team members to produce high-quality reconstruction projects.
  • Communicate regularly with customers on project status.
  • Conduct performance reviews with direct report team members.
  • Find, hire, and train new team members using our Rotor skills set.
  • Assist in resource management for emergency services.
  • Create work orders for projects.
  • Schedule vendors and sub-contractors for repairs.
  • Manage on-site foremen on each project.
  • Order materials and approve purchase orders.
  • Collect account receivables and review estimates as needed.
  • Provide weekly updates on active projects and construction feedback.
  • Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers and property owners.
  • Resolve conflicts with carriers, property owners, vendors, and tradesmen.
  • Audit customer service complaints and manage budget expectations.
  • Assist in collections and monitor job sites for safety issues, quality, and training opportunities.
  • Attend industry-related trainings and events.
  • Perform weekly manager on-call duties.
  • Follow Paul Davis values, vision, mission, and 10 Serving Basics.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Five plus years of experience in a management or leadership role within the restoration/construction industry.
  • Experience in construction and construction management/supervision.
Work Environment:

The employee will work indoors and outdoors, exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Local travel to job sites, trainings, and company events is required up to 25% of the time.
