  • 3 - 5+ years of sales experience with highly engineered technical products and/or solutions using value selling techniques.
  • 3 - 5+ years of practical/hands-on experience in the field of programming and commissioning of various SCADA, PLC & DCS industrial control systems.
  • A dedicated user of CRM systems (Hubspot) to support customers and build market intelligence.
  • Proven track record of identifying and growing new business opportunities at OEMs, contractors, end users and other types of key accounts.
  • Ability to quickly build strong, long-term relationships with engineering, sourcing, quality teams and installers to develop and implement growth strategy for each customer.
  • Experience in process measurement and control, automation, motion control and industrial process is preferred.
  • Makes telephone calls, emails and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers focused on the customer’s needs/issues.
  • Ability to research sources for developing prospective customers and to determine their potential and business needs.
