The Role:

We are looking for multiple rockstar Support Engineer I & II’s for both our Remote Support Team and our Implementation (On Site/Project) Team. The right people will champion our mission, core values, and the high quality of our service delivery. These positions are highly customer-facing and involve technical know-how, solution design, thinking on your feet, security awareness and practice, mentoring, and teamwork. Skills with customer service, desktop support, basic networking, and troubleshooting, are critical, as you will see and resolve a wide variety of technology-related issues for our business and ministry clients in the SMB space.

 

Duties and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 (Tier I) or 3-5+ (Tier II) years of experience and responsibility in IT and customer service preferred
  • Technical Aptitude is King; you don’t have to know everything, but you have what it takes to succeed and learn quickly
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Developed troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server operating systems
  • Understanding of networks and routing
  • Knowledge of Active Directory/AzureAD
  • Knowledge of network security and operational security best practices
  • Knowledge of Group Policy/Intune
  • Understanding of virtualization (Hyper-V, ESXi, Azure)
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Organized, efficient, and able to meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Drive internal and customer communication
  • A sense of humor

Work is performed in-person out of our Fishers office

Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm (1-hour lunch)
