As a result of our success, we are thriving in all business areas and have exciting plans for 2024 and beyond. Projective has an immediate requirement for an ambitious Entry Level / Early Careers Engineer.

As part of our integrated services, you will be working on complex industrial sites, supporting the design and delivery of process and utilities projects with large scale manufacturing clients nationwide. A significant volume of this work will be integrating the latest new technology for low and zero carbon solutions into these established facilities. This is a client facing role, and the work will require excellent engineering design, reporting, and technical presentation skills.

The ideal applicant will have experience in the energy, sustainable power, or industrial manufacturing sectors - this may have been gained during an industrial placement as an intern or coop student.

Essential Skills and Interests:

  • A passion for engineering and a desire to change the world through engineering innovation.
  • Have interest in industrial design including AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SolidWorks, etc.
  • Thermodynamic analysis.
  • Analytical mind and ability to develop engineering models from 1st principles.
  • Able to create a mass and energy balance.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy systems.
  • Ability to write a technical report with excellent English and grammar.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to demonstrate the ability to build rapport.
  • Have Interest in technical innovation and new technology.
Excellent communication, written and presentational skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications and Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, 2.5 GPA or above

Valid Driver's License

Relevant qualifications should be demonstrated on your resume along with main areas of interest for future development.
