Executive Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
Use Outlook to schedule meetings for the Executive & team members and perform duties in support of meetings, including set up of audio/video conferencing, and order and set up catering.
May plan and organize department events to include business meetings, client dinners, and employee social gatherings.
Format and edit reports and presentations/ Ad hoc projects.
Manage all phone and email correspondence on behalf of Executive with a high-level of professionalism.
Submit documents/reports to appropriate department or director/manager and manage multiple calendars.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent
7 – 10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in an extremely fast-paced environment
In lieu of degree, additional years of experience may suffice.
Exceptionally advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Great attention to, and respect for, detail (ex. accurate proofreader)
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are a must.
Experience:
High responsiveness and flexibility to changing business priorities and tight deadlines with a willingness to learn.
