Job Title: Administrative Support IV

Pay Rate: $28/hr. to $31/hr. on W2. DOE

Daily Schedule: Monday through Friday, start time between 8 AM and 9 AM, work daily for 8 hours

Location: Seattle, WA 98101

Duration: Till Apr 30, 2025, with possible extension or conversation.

Job Details

  • Provide administrative support to the AMER Construction Coordination team to work on a large data entry project.
  • The project includes, downloading reports, importing data in to Procore (construction management software), and providing a daily update to the project manager.

Required Skills

  • Excel (intermediate: VLOOKUPs, PIVOT TABLES, formulas), Basic Project Management skills (communicate project status to manager/key stakeholders)

Years of Experience

  • 1-2 years
