Rochester Home Management is a well-established and rapidly expanding property management company that has been serving the Rochester community for 5 years and is hiring a Construction Laborer / Painter.

The most important characteristics of the ideal candidate are a strong work ethic and a passionate attitude. We are passionate about the product we're delivering, and our employees share that vision. The job will involve remodeling apartments and houses. This includes, but is not limited to,painting, flooring, and lawn maintenance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Looking for someone with a minimum of one year experience.
  • Will be expected to work at multiple job sites and do inside and outside work.
  • Snow removal and exterior maintenance
  • Knowledge of other aspects of construction are a plus. (Interior remodeling, basic electric, plumbing, etc.)
  • Effective problem-solving skills a must
  • Knowledge on how to use hand tools, or power tools
  • Must be able to climb a ladder
  • Position requires lifting up to 80 Ibs.at times
  • It is required that the applicant has a clean driver's license as well as transportation arrangements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour

Pay will be discussed upon interviewing, along with paid vacation, holiday, personal days, and our 401-K Plan.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8-10 hour shift with flexible start times
  • Monday to Friday, additional hours and weekends are optional upon request
