Our client, a top-tier general contracting firm specializing in commercial construction projects across Rochester, NY, are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up, renovations and interior fit-outs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from inception through to completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
