**Responsibilities:**

 

- **Provide exceptional customer service** to existing residents and serve as a primary point of contact for prospective residents seeking a new home.

- **Conduct tours and follow up on all leads.

- **Process rental applications** and complete required paperwork.

- **Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and texts** and respond accordingly.

- **Participate in resident social events and activities**.

- **Conduct move-out inspections**.
