Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a manager who can execute an efficient supervision and necessary organizational strategies to reverse the downward foot traffic trend for our restaurant with the guidance from the restaurant owner. It is not an easy job and there will be performance metric evaluation.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all operational process, include learning how to slice meat and dishwash
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues in the minimal cost of our restaurant
  • Train servers and equip them with excellent customer service skills
  • Pay close attention to foot traffic and adjust the number of servers accordingly
  • Be prepared to serve customers
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Have flexibility to work overtime as needed

​Qualifications:

  • Food Safety Manager Certified
  • Previous restaurant manager experience (verification needed)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Speak Mandarin (preferred not required)
