We are a fast growing expanding company seeking an Office Service Coordinator to join our team grow You will be responsible for helping customers who call in or contact us regarding a problem with their product. You will schedule our maintenance teams to go out and repair their product.  Office Hours 6:30am -2:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests for service calls
  • Keep track of all active service call requests
  • Keeping files organized
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our products and services

Qualifications:

  • Must be organized
  • Must have computer skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Courteous and Polite to customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
