Why You'll Love This Role:

As an Associate Account Manager, you’ll be the face of our energy solutions program for Potomac Edison’s Energy Solutions for Rebate Program. You’ll work closely with customers and program allies, guiding them through the application process and ensuring every detail is spot-on. Your role will involve:

  • Customer Engagement: Serve as a key liaison, driving program participation and helping clients and trade allies navigate the rebate program.

  • Project Management: Track, document, and verify project details and customer interactions using our CRM system.

  • Strategy Development: Create strategies to boost energy savings and increase MWh, while providing essential program education.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Collaborate with engineering teams to validate projects, solve technical issues, and manage a successful pipeline.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Ensure paperwork accuracy, prepare sales forecasts, and keep program staff updated with regular status reports.

Are You a Great Fit?

  • Maintain and grow accounts, drive kWh goals, and act as a local representative to encourage program participation.

  • Troubleshoot technical problems, offer expert advice, and deliver proposals that meet client specifications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant training, certifications, or equivalent work experience will be considered.
