Here is what you are in for (not a complete list):

  • Meeting with potential clients, listening to their needs for the sale of their home. This will include visiting the home, suggesting any improvements the home may need, and pricing the home appropriately.
  • Scheduling/coordinating with the in-house operations manager /outside vendors for services such as inspections, repairs, painting, health and safety items needing correction before the close of escrow.
  • Preparing sales flyers with pictures and descriptions of the home for sale. These will be placed at the home site and sales office.
  • Entering and updating the MLS
  • Opening escrow, ensuring all documents needed for the sale of the home are completed, signed, and sent to escrow. Carrying out any escrow instructions received.

We sell both new homes and resale homes. Our new homes are built by Hallmark and are considered among the very finest manufactured homes built today. Our resale homes are often upgraded or completely restored. Our full-time licensed agents take pride in their ability to match the buyer’s needs to those of the seller.
