Position Summary: Are you a motivated and detail-oriented administrative professional with exceptional organizational and computer processing skills (Microsoft Office 365 and more)? We are seeking an Administrative Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our team of accounting professionals by performing various clerical and typing duties efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce correspondence, letters, and statements, and assemble documents with precision and speed.
  • Apply knowledge of English language, grammar, and punctuation to ensure accuracy in all written materials.
  • Generate typed documents, proofread for errors, and ensure proper formatting.
  • Assist with various clerical tasks such as answering phones, filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  • Utilize standard office equipment effectively, including typewriters, computers, printers, photocopiers, and fax machines.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail daily.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and sound judgment.
  • Enjoy working independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in a professional services firm or CPA firm is a plus.
