Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administration Specialist. The successful candidate will be integral in supporting our team of accounting professionals by efficiently executing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office 365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and produce correspondence, letters, and documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize strong command of the English language to ensure clarity and correctness in all written communications.
  • Prepare typed documents, conduct proofreading for errors, and maintain proper formatting standards.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  • Effectively operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and photocopiers.
  • Manage daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and provide necessary support as required.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to identify errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, integrity, and sound judgment.
  • Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Previous experience in a professional services or CPA firm is advantageous.
