Job DescriptionJob Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent. The Superintendent will oversee and coordinate daily project activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards and regulations. The Superintendent will also ensure that client expectations and project goals are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • OSHA 30-Hour Certification and First Aid/CPR Certification
  • 5 Years experience in Life Science, Higher Education, Commercial Tenant Improvement, or other Advanced Technology sectors is a plus
