Accounting Analyst – Immediate Hire

 

Cope Equities is a local real estate developer specializing in land entitlements and development, single family construction, and multi-family construction.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of daily accounting entries for accounts payable across multiple companies and books. You will be responsible for verifying and reconciling invoices, processing payments, reconciling credit card transactions, and maintaining vendor records. Other responsibilities include preparing weekly AP reports and managing bill payments within company controls and preparing reports for the CFO.

Teamwork and attitude are critical in this role which works with all departments of the company. This is an in-office job where we collaborate and move quickly in our decisions and strategy.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable accounting experience with growth opportunity.

 

As a new employee you will have a training schedule

Typical Work hours are 8-5 M-F (some flexibility), an hour for lunch.
