In this role, you’ll oversee the sales process by providing leadership and support to the sales team, aiding in the achievement of the sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

To be considered, you'll need:

  • Proven success in a sales leadership role with experience coaching and training.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Candidates with new home sales experience working with large homebuilders desirable.
  • Real estate license optional.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and DocuSign.
  • Demonstrated expertise in market analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in time management.

 


Please note, this position will be required to travel around the northwest metro area to our communities.
