We are currently looking to add a Corporate Support Manager to our team.  This person will assist in the support of all departments in our Corporate Office.  This position is an office based position and there will be minimal travel required. 

 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with all departments, franchisees and external vendors to build, sustain and enhance corporate processes across all brands and locations

Gathers and analyze information skillfully to solve problems and find best solutions; overseeing reports to conform to the company standards, record keeping, works well in group problem solving situations  

Support action plans and be a team player to further Company goals and objectives 

Experience in leading and developing Vendor and supply chain relationships

Knowledge and Skills in analyzing Profit and Loss Statements and Restaurant Financial Performance 

Knowledge and Skills in analyzing Quality Assurance Reports and formulating Action Plans to improve Restaurant Performance 

Provide input on and monitor Budgets; review Cost and Income Reports and other related Accounting Concepts to practical situations 

Lead and support other related Company tasks and related objectives as assigned by management. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; advanced PC skills; ability to manage multiple projects; highly organized and very detailed oriented; strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills. 

Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus. 

Very strong work ethic (50+ Hours a weekly including two ½ day Saturdays a month) 

Works ethically and with integrity. 

Willingness to travel up to 15% mainly within the Orlando market.
