The National Accounts Specialist duties will include preparing invoices, issuing billing adjustments, processing payments to our Franchisees, contacting customers regarding payment inquiries, collections and performing data entry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Being a liaison between the customers and regions
  • Issue invoices from supporting data.
  • Process invoices for extra work, one-time requests, and special cleaning needs.
  • File documents and records (electronic and hard copy) according to established filing systems
  • Update spreadsheets to track historical data as needed
  • Problem solving and problem resolution
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong math skills
  • Strong service/ quality attitude
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and achieve effective time management and multitask.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet established goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as a team
  • Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others
  • Knowledge of general office equipment and telephones

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative, accounting, billing, or collections experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
